Under the Great leadership of Bhai Sahib Bhai Ranjit Singh Khalsa Dhadrianwale, Parmeshwar Dwar Charitable Trust in collaboration with the Sangat is conducting many services at Gurdwara Parmeshar Dwar Sahib.

• There is 24-hour langar for the Sangat.
• Accommodation facilities are available for everyone.
• R.O. for clean drinking water facilities in schools. In addition to the installation free uniforms are also distributed to the children.
• We Encourage needy students by helping them with their studies by paying fees and other expenses.
• There is also SKS Charitable hospital has also been set up where a team of doctors performs O.P.D every day from 8 am to evening remains open.
• Brain diseases, bone diseases, and eye diseases camps are organized at different times so that the Sangats could benefit.
• Free medicines, free checkups, and all typesof blood tests are done at this hospital at a cost which the local community is benefiting immensely. A clinical laboratory has recently been inaugurated.
• At the same time, Sangat are demanding that if ultrasound and X-ray machines should also provided here, it will be even more beneficial for the Sangat.
• While Bhai Sahib continued to make continuous efforts in other services, he also requested the Sangat that any Sevadar can get the happiness of the Sangat by taking such service.
